LBBagging is an expert designing packaging lines. The design of your new line will start long before we make a deal. Our highly implicated design team will first give you a thoroughly prepared draft with drawings, 3D layouts and simulations.

LBBagging is using the newest technology to fabricate our machines. Laser cuting, CNC bending and CNC machining. All parts get the proper treatment and/or painting. Our high skilled tecnicians assemble theese parts with commercial components from leading european providers.

Robot palletizers are flexible and we achieve very high quality pallets with special grippers devoloped using our large experience palletizing bags.

Robots are also used in our high-end palletizers, where the robots work with complete layer or lines of bags. When robots are used this way, we make palletizing lines with capacities up to 2.000 bags/hour.

LBBagging palletizers are modern palletizers that ensure stable and perfect pallets.

Our patented Free Flowing bagturner gives every LBBagging palletizer a very fast and soft treatment of the bags. This means that even at 30 bags/min, there is no deforming of the bag before it is pushed to the pallet.

Our turntable wrapping machine uses technology normally know from machines with much higher capacity. Thanks to the electrical bus systems or wireless technology, the machine can work with a high-end welding system where all operations are made inside the turning platform.

Semiautomatic bigbag fillers with automatic dosing and high precision gross weighing system. The bigbag is easy to remove with a forklift or with a pallet lifter. Suitable for 4 loop bags. For free flowing bulk products such as sand and gravel, animal feed, bark and organic fertilizers.

Automatic bigbag filling with different posibilities of dosing. Can be equiped with either gross weighing system for difficult products, or net weighing for free flowing products. The machine gives a wide range of posibilities: diferent filling sprouts, system for blowing up the bag prior to filling, elevators for adjusting filling heights, welding and other closing systems, vibrators and more.

The fully automatic bigbag filling station consist of an automatic bigbag machine and a robot for placing the empty bigbag on the filling sprout.
